He will review the facts of your case and explain to you in clear terms how the law applies to your case, what your potential defenses are, what to expect in court, what are your best defense strategies and what the attorney fee will be. His priority is to give honest, clear, and unhurried advice. The consultation also provides you with an opportunity to assess the attorney to determine if you and he/she feel comfortable with each other.

After your free consultation, there is no commitment to retain Mr. Ejarque. However, if you choose to retain his services, he is able to provide reasonable and affordable fees. Credit cards are accepted and payment plans are also available.

Our Fees

Attorney Raymond Ejarque believes that it is important that anyone charged with a crime should have access to high quality representation. Those who are indigent or cannot afford to hire a lawyer may be eligible for a public defender. Those who hire a private lawyer will learn that different lawyers may charge different fees. Many law firms have high overhead budgets from yellow page advertising and other costs.

Attorney Raymond Ejarque does not have high yellow pages advertising cost and other high costs. He is able to keep his fees at an affordable rate for his clients while providing high quality representation at the same time.

Payment plans are offered, and we also accept Visa and MasterCard.
